What is the machine embroidery?The machine embroidery is an excellent way to add individuality in your daily clothes, uniform for your staff or members of sports club. It is possible to put almost any image on clothes and accessories. At the same time embroidery – one of the most effective, reliable and long-lived ways of drawing symbols and images. 
- How is the embroidery put on in a fabric? For this purpose there are professional embroidery machines. Our company uses modern embroidery machines with computer management produced by Japanese company Tajima. The process of embroidering is the following: you can give us an already done outline or prepare it with our designer.
- Then the outline is brought into the computer, and by special software is loaded directly into memory files of embroidery machine.
- The operator of the embroidery machine selects and fills threads in the unit, sets embroidery scale. After that embroidery starts on according with chosen scale (dimensions) on the chosen material.
- There are two different methods of embroidering: satin-stitch and “Tatami”
- To embroider in satin-stitch is to full all or part of pattern by slanting or straight stitches. Satin-stitch technique gives a possibility to create volume and style on cloth. In such way it usually embroiders letters, contours and fine details. The length of a stitch varies from 1 to 9 mm.
- “Tatami” is used for embroidering big areas. This kind covering allows to create highly difficult design elements. Closely repeating stitches of fixed length, and a possibility to create large scale of repeating elements differs this kind of covering from satin-stitch.

You can order an embroidery on a cloth (a roll or a cut) which are put on in special frames. At the same time you can choose not only place of embroidery, but also quantity and variants of colours of the image. In case of complex multicoloured image, the embroidery machine can use different quantity needles (up to 15 ), to show tints of colours. Moreover, with the help of extra instruments it is possible to embroider in various kinds of stitches.
