Embroidery Threads

For computer embroidery we use only top-quality threads, specially produced for embroidery machines. Different materials require different embroidery threads. They can be silk (viscose)and polyester. For delicate cloths viscose threads are applied, and for the cloths used under more severe conditions (for working clothes) polyester threads are used. The appearance and quality of products depend on the choice of threads.

Modern threads allow  washing (up till 95 C) and dry-cleaning and even bleaching that makes the embroidery on medical clothes as well as on the clothes of the workers of food and pharmaceutical industries absolutely necessary.

Apart from traditional threads there are also metal threads of different colours and fluorescent ones. The usage of silver for metal threads makes the embroidery look unique and expensive.

We prefer the threads of the leading world producers: Rheingold, Gunold, Gutermann, Marathon and Royal. The wide range of colours and tints allows to make the most complicated and spectacular embroidery which adds to the beauty and glamour of clothes and accessories.

Flizelin

To double the stability of the basic material flizelin is used. It`s tucked in the tambour beneath the basic material or glued with the glue of temporary fixation and easily removed after the embroidery. Also glue flizelin is applied, which doesn`t require the usage of glue, but simply added to the inside of the embroidery and ironed. When removed it doesn`t leave any traces.

Fabrics

We work with a wide range of fabrics, with thick suit and denim cloths and light chiffon and silk as well. We aiso work with leather broadcloth and soft fleecy cloths (velvet and velveteen).

Equipment

Our company possesses a complex of highly productive modern Japanese embroidery machines “Tajima”. Modern programming supply Tajima DG/ML by Pulse, and highly-qualified designers-programmers allow to work out a top-quality embroidery programme for a short period of time. The level of programming supply allows to work out the most complicated programmes taking into account of the particuliarities of machine embroidery on various materials.
